There are indirect routes advertised on AMS-ix to AS33191 / 208.103.161.0/24, causing latency 160ms which should be 5ms

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Looked at bgp logging, seems AS262589 is announcing that prefix on AMS-ix, and Cloudflare isn’t.
