What is the issue you’re encountering

I created a notification of type Incident Alert, with Affected Components (Optional) being DNS Updates. When I clicked Test, I received the information in my email, but after updating my DNS resolution records, I did not receive any email notification

Looking at Cloudflarestatus.com, there haven’t been any recent DNS incidents. That’s what that notification is for. Not for monitoring your DNS records.
