What is the issue you’re encountering

Cannot access webhook notifications

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have two cloudflare accounts where both have the similar subscription package:

• free plan (for domain)
• stream basic

I want to setup a notification webhook from the stream service, but i cannot see the menu to add the webhook.
I can see and created the webhook in the other account but the other one doesn’t show.

I know in order to use the webhook notification it’s not available in the free plan. But subscribing to stream basic should make it not as a free plan right?

Stream isn’t a zone plan. It’s an account product, like Workers, R2, etc. To be more specific, docs say the the account has to have a zone at the Pro level or above:

But I have this other account that can access the webhook, it has the same billing structure. How can that happen?
