Available Notifications depend on your Cloudflare plan. Cloudflare offers a variety of Notifications for our products and services, such as Billing, Denial of Service protection, Magic Transit, and SSL/TLS.

Apart from that, you can navigate to the Cloudflare dashboard → Account → Audit Log to check what happened and inspect any changes / events which occurred in the past. This might help you to figure out how did the DNS records change from the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain name.
