Noticing DNS issues in North America using Cloudflare on home network

Good afternoon everyone,

I’ve noticed since about 1p EST using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 have produced slow or no response to DNS queries from my home network. Using other DNS resolvers allows my home network to access pages and services again. Is there an issue or outage affecting NA traffic?
