I wanted to use the Two-Factor Authentication and my Recovery Code to get access again. Only stupid that my recovery codes are wrong. For whatever reason (In the past I used copy & paste).
Ok, then ‘Lost all 2FA devices and backup codes? Try recovery’ I started.
My email address is on file with Cloudflare. This email is still working fine. All communication with Cloudflare goes through it, including invoices etc.
But now suddenly comes from [email protected] the message: ‘Message not delivered’.
There was a problem delivering your message to [email protected]. See the technical details below.
The response was:
Your email to group [email protected] was rejected due to spam classification. The owner of the group can choose to enable message moderation instead of bouncing these emails. More information can be found here: support google com /a/answer/168383’.
I don’t understand this. What does this have to do with Google? My domain and email host is not Google?
What do I understand wrong? Is there no other way now, only bots? Is there any help would be greatly appreciated.
Was that an auto reply to an email you sent to the support@ alias? To raise an account, billing, or registrar ticket with the Support team, you need to do so via the dash, email Support is not an option.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. I suspect the second link is the one you need.
These links may help, but they only work when logged out
I replied with the account which I used to create the ticket.
In the meantime, Paige contacted me. But again I can’t answer him because of the error message from cloudflare.
I answered him with:
Hello Paige,
thx for your support.
It was already done. I checked it again. Maybe you should clear the cache?
It is also available with xpert.digital .well-known cf-2fa-verify.txt
Kind regards,
Konrad
