Hi @yegusdn, it can take as much as 24 hours after your name servers are confirmed for a certificate to be issued. Can you share the domain name?

Hi @yegusdn, thank you. Sorry for the issue, but it seems your name servers have not yet been changed to Cloudfare:
$ dig ns brawl.co.kr +short
ns1.cafe24.com.
ns2.cafe24.co.kr.
ns2.cafe24.com.
ns1.cafe24.co.kr.
Did you request the change of name servers with your domain registrar? That is the first step (EDIT First step AFTER you have added the zone to Cloudflare and received the assigned name servers) and it will take about 24 hours for that change to take effect, at that point we start the certificate process.

now changed the name server.

I see the change starting to take effect, which is very fast. You may want to review this tip, Community Tip - Fixing “Pending Nameserver Update” in case you do not receive a confirmation message on your dashboard that your name server change has been confirmed.
