My query is that, how to enable Rocket Loader for my domain.
I mean directly “switch on” it from panel or is it mandatory to set “configuration rules”?
Configuration Rules let you set configuration dynamically based on a rule. These act as overrides for the settings you set in the normal configuration/from the normal switches.
If you just want to enable Rocket Loader for your entire domain/zone, you can enable it under Speed => Optimization. If you wanted to, for example, disable Rocket Loader on a specific subdomain because it is causing issues (which it can, Rocket loader isn’t compatiable with all setups), you could create a Configuration rule like hostname eq disable-rl.example.com with Rocket Loader off.
