My Client does not know which devices the MFA for their cloudflare DNS login. The previous MSP has been discontinued. Is there anyone I can contact directly on cloudflare?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to perform recovery but receive an error “Device Verification Failed”

Note that, since the domain is not registered with Cloudflare Registrar, you can always create a new account to set the domain there if recovery reaches a dead-end.
