Not sure if email is correctly configured

New to this world but have strange email issues particularly for places where I need to verify (password resets with for example LinkedIn, Zoho, Zoom etc).

Email is slow to come through but for verification purposes, which is normally instant, these kind of emails don’t come through.

Any guidance would be very much appreciated please - not sure if I can share domain here?

Hi there,

Since you’re not using Cloudflare email routing, Cloudflare plays no part at all in anything related to emails, other than propagating your MX record.

Check if your MX is correct and if it is, check your email server logs and/or increase the email checking frequency on your clients.
