my issue is getting a not secure message on the task bar next to my page name .how can i get secured and start promoting my site to the public.
You will need to use HTTPS to get the URL bar to show as secure.
i am new to all of this how can i do this and where do i go?
If you are using Cloudflare and have the DNS record that you are trying to connect to 
then it should you should be able to go to https://<url here>
