Our site (www.nonnaidii.com) is secure when using Chrome on Windows, Android. but Not secure when opened in Safari on iPhone or iPad. What has happened?

On top of what @matteo already said, you’d also want to fix your server certificate to include the naked domain.
If that does not work, for whatever reason, at least configure a page rule redirect or, alternatively, turn your nonnaidii.com record into a CNAME pointing to www.nonnaidii.com.
