Moreover, have you tried writing a ticket and contacting Cloudflare support due to your account issue? E-mail them from the e-mail address associated with your Cloudflare account.
- Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button
- If 1st option is not possible, try sending an an e-mail to support[at]cloudflare[dot]com from your e-mail associated with your Cloudflare account
Moreover, if you receive a verification e-mail with a ticket number, could you share that one here? Someone from Cloudflare Team (@cloonan) could track the progress if so.
Keep in mind, it is already Saturday (weekend) in some places around the World, so maybe you would need to wait up until Monday for an answer from Cloudflare support (I am not sure about it).
