Not receiving verification emails too

FYI - I created a brand new account just to post this. The one associated with my domain is on suppression list, and there simply seems to be no way at all to remove it. As a final straw, I purchased the $25 plan just to get the necessary support and hope they’ll do the decent thing and refund it.

Anyway, I’m experiencing the same issue as described here:

Except now Cloudflare has completely disabled contacting through [email protected] (which was the resolution for the ticket above).

What gives?

I’m experiencing this same issue. Cloudflare support refuses to reply, so I’d advise against wasting your time dealing with them…

Also, you have to go through the same verification email gymnastics in order to even use the community portal. I had to create a brand new account just to be able to use this portal…

As mentioned I couldn’t create a ticket with my real account email as it needs to be verified. There’s no way to verify it as they don’t I cannot receive the email.

Now I cannot create a ticket with this email either because there’s no active domain associated with it.

What gives?

Hi, have you tried opening a ticket using the form https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help ? It should work in this case.

If you are having trouble with that, could you provide more information about what part goes wrong?

Unfortunately, it knows to happen if your email address somehow got to be on the suppression list due to an opt-out, or bounces :thinking:

Can you add [email protected] and [email protected] to your email allowlist? You may also want to search for mail from those senders. @cloonan

May I ask if it is the same e-mail you are using here on community?
If not, kindly reply here with the answer to the above question (don’t post your e-mail here due to the privacy concer) and someone from Cloudflare staff would start a private message and you can share details there to help you to find a solution.

Kindly, I’d suggest you to write a ticket to Cloudflare support due to your account and/or domain issue and share the ticket number here with us so we could escalate this issue by using the method Support > Contact Support option as described from below:

I’ll break it down once again.

I just visited https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help logged in as this new account with no added websites (let’s call it ACCOUNT_TWO).

Given this, I cannot proceed any further. That’s it. No support for me.

As for my “real” account, “ACCOUNT_ONE” which I just paid $25 simply to get access to the advertised Support:

  • I cannot log in AT ALL because of I cannot receive the activation email. Nothing in Spam folder, nothing can be done. As mentioned, previous solutions required the user to email [email protected] which you’ve now deprecated without offering an alternative…

So frustrating…

If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.

The login help form won’t work if you are logged into an account that is working. Log out or go to a private window, complete the form with the details of the account you are having issues with and it will walk you through the next steps.

I marked @erisa-cf‘s answer as the solution as the login help form is the correct answer to solve this issue. It can solve most things automatically and connect you to support if needed.
