From a few posts here it seems likely that my domain might be on the suppression list but I am unsure on how to proceed to remove it from this suppression list.
I’ve checked that I can receive and send emails otherwise from my email. I can’t even post on the community forum and am using a secondary login. I’ve attached a screenshot of my attempting to resend verification.
The domain would not be, but an email could be. I show emails as delivered to the account you are using here and the superadmin on the account of the website you shared. As a justincase, I took the steps to remove the emails from the suppression list, sometimes that seems to make a difference.
Is that when using the account shown as the superadmin on the domain you shared (not the account you are using here)? I do not see a Community account for that email address. I can assist you in making one if you’d like.
Hello - thanks for the fast response. So the email I’m using to post here is different than the email I’m having an issue with. I have allowlisted those emails and it still doesn’t work.
Ironically since this email is not receiving emails I am unable to register for a Community account since it requires verification. This is another email I have.
Not sure how to send the superadmin email here… But the Case ID is 01067892
Thank you, I do see the bounces on that account and took steps to correct for them. I also see the associated Community account, it was pending validation, I manually activated that. They should be good to go if they login at dash.cloudflare.com select Support → Community Support to go to community.cloudflare.com → click the orange Community Login button to activate a Community session.

Just a heads-up that the domain of the email address shown in the screenshot prosodoholdings.com is not even registered. Of course, you can’t receive emails at an unregistered domain.
And as this is the account email address, you want to either change this email address or register the domain immediately.
