We recently spun up a new account for a client, but just realized today that a mailbox didn’t exist yet, hence we got no emails. I fixed that problem and still am not able to get a verification email to arrive. I have verified that I can send and receive from the inbox, there is nothing in spam, and message trace doesn’t show it getting tied up anywhere else.
I suspect what happened what Cloudflare sent the original email, it bounced back since the mailbox didn’t exist, and now that email is on some block list per comments I’ve seen in other threads. Maybe @cloonan can check as I’ve seen he has resolved this email for many people.
Can you try now? I can see the bounced emails and took steps to correct that. Sorry for the issues.

I see a bounce on the 7th and delivery today.
Can you ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected]?
