I have updated spam policy and tried to add [email protected] and [email protected] email but still issue is not resolve. can anyone help me with this. Thanks

is there anyone to respond on this? or I will consider that this is what service standard of cloudflare for free users and move ahead.

You were on an internal suppression list. You should be receiving the emails. If not, you can open an account ticket with Support.
