What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’ve checked all folders, spam etc on the old email as well as contacted support but never hear back after a couple replies, had a topic open with cloonan from community team but topic got closed due to time that it took to troubleshoot with Apple support, this was the original topic Not receiving verification email for registrant contact change - #6
Current update:
I reached out to Apple support for this issue and over the course of months they escalated to engineer teams and they all concluded that no emails were received and that they don’t appear to have been blocked or anything technical. Please advise on how to proceed.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
domain registration > manage domain > manage button > contacts tab > edit registrant contact > prefi!! from default contact > confirmation email arrives for new address but does NOT arrive for old email
