I’ve tried changing the email address and adding another other email to the account, but these actions are blocked pending the verification.

Thanks @cloonan, but it’s still not coming through. I’ve tried a couple of times, waited several minutes.

The odd thing is that I’m receiving other Cloudflare emails such as the community ones to the same email address without issue!

Is there another way I can verify/prove the email address?

I think we need to loop in my colleagues in Support as now I am seeing different results than before. Can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here? I’ll flag it for the team to investigate.

Hello, I can see emails we are attempting to send to you are bouncing with the following errors ‘554 5.4.4 [internal] Domain Lookup Failed’ and 421 4.4.4 [internal] Domain Does Not Resolve

Please make sure this email has DNS records correctly set up to receive emails.

That would make sense. Their DNSSEC is messed up, so DNS resolution will be unreliable.

You’ll have to reach out to your domain registrar (Namecheap?) and have them clear your DNSSEC.

I fixed the DNSSEC setup and retried and the email came through.
