Not receiving token in email, please help, locked out completely

Hello, I have a ticket open on this but I need urgent help, I can log in to my account but then it asks me for a token sent via email but the email never arrives. Ticket is #2521723

I am logging in with a different email address, please see ticket.

I think I needed to submit it through my email associated with my CF account. Can you please check on ticket #2522773 for escalation? I’m freaking out because it’s been down for days now. Thank you so much.
