Not Receiving the Login Token In My Email

Hi! I have about 70 websites on Cloudflare. I am writing to you here because I cannot find or get support for my issue with 2-Factor Authentication.

I am not receiving the login token in my email. Tried at least 12 times. Nothing in junk or spam. I readjusted my settings and removed all restrictions.

I tried emailing REDACTED several times throughout the day.

I was forced to create this account because I cannot log into the account I’ve had for many years with Cloudflare.

The email address associated with my original account is .
If there was an alternate method like a simple text message, it would eliminate problems like this. I need to make changes and additions but cannot until the problem is resolved. Thanks for your help.

I have never received a reply from that address, I don’t think it works any longer. As such, I’ve redacted it from the thread.

And I don’t show those as being sent.

Here are the options to recover the other account. I don’t show 2FA as active on the account you indicated, so it may be the first recovery option you need to use, not the second option. Let us know if this works to solve the issue.
