Can you explain how this relates to Cloudflare?
If you’re not receiving emails from your WordPress site, the likely explanation is that your hosting server does not support sending emails. The typical fix is to install an SMTP plugin and use an external SMTP service.
That has nothing to do with Cloudflare.
Except that we cannot even log into our website to install a plug-in. The other option is to reinstall WordPress and get rid of Cloudflare.
In case I wasn’t clear, your problem has nothing to do with Cloudflare… and you’re knocking on the wrong door for help.
It’s not even a WordPress issue per se – though that would be a far closer door to knock on than where you are now. Here’s WordPress’ support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your problem is that you’re not getting the 2FA token from the IT Security Pro plugin. You need to DISABLE this plugin before you can get into your WordPress dashboard to figure out why you’re not getting the token.
There’s no chicken-and-egg problem here: you can disable the plugin without dashboard access by accessing your WordPress site’s files (via FTP or your host’s web-based File Manager tool) and deleting (or renaming) the plugin’s folder ithemes-security-pro
which should be inside /wp-content/plugins/
.
If you don’t know how to access your website’s files, contact your hosting provider: not Cloudflare or even WordPress.
Apparently so. I will uninstall this pig right away.
