Not receiving temporary 2FA email from Cloudflare

It is really annoying that I have to create a new account just so I can contact support about my other account which is enterprise level. I got a new phone and need to reset my 2FA. I have requested a temporary code and have not received an email. It’s been at least 2 weeks now. There is nothing in spam and I have no blocked addresses. I have received a temporary code in the past so I don’t know why I would not be receiving them anymore.

Hi @user13842 if you have not already, can you email support AT cloudflare DOT com from the affected account? Please share the ticket number you receive here and I’ll ensure it’s in the proper queue. Sorry for the trouble and downtheline lmk if you’d like me to remove your account here that you created to report the login issue.
