We have two people on our Cloudflare account, the account owner/Super-Administrator who is the billing contact, and me, who is the technical contact. I am an Administrator on the account.
The Super-Administrator keeps receiving technical “[Cloudflare]: Action Required…” emails and has to forward them to me.
Is there a way for me to receive the “Action Required” emails too, or do those only ever go to the account owner?
Currently, “Action Required” emails are only sent to the Super-Administrator of the Cloudflare account. To ensure you receive these emails, you can ask the Super-Administrator to forward them to you automatically or set up an email rule/filter to redirect these emails to you. Unfortunately, there’s no option to send these emails to multiple account roles directly from Cloudflare.
