Not receiving registrant contact verification email

What is the issue you’re encountering

I am not receiving registrant verification email (“This contact is not verified.”)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Tried resending the verification email through dashboard
  • Added cloudflare.com domain as allow under spam filter
  • Tried changing email organization which did send a Cloudflare email to the registrant email address which
    confirms that I am not having issues with receiving emails from Cloudflare.

I can see that the registrant was already changed, but I’m still going to answer this for future customers with the same issue.

The best way to check what is going on is to check your Audit logs under Manage Account > Audit Log. More often than not, it’s pending the current registrant contact validation approval, these actions are labeled as Change of registrant request created.
Often is pending the current registrant confirmation.
