Tried changing email organization which did send a Cloudflare email to the registrant email address which
confirms that I am not having issues with receiving emails from Cloudflare.
I can see that the registrant was already changed, but I’m still going to answer this for future customers with the same issue.
The best way to check what is going on is to check your Audit logs under Manage Account > Audit Log. More often than not, it’s pending the current registrant contact validation approval, these actions are labeled as Change of registrant request created.
Often is pending the current registrant confirmation.
