Not receiving receipts from PayU after changing DNS to Cloudflare

after changing DNS to Cloudflare I do not receive payment receipts from my customers to my email from the payment gateway PayU. Can you help?

Make sure any email related DNS records (such as mail, smtp, imap, mx, etc) are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”.

Otherwise, what is the domain?
