Not receiving Password Reset Mail on Microsoft Account

Last week I registered my first Cloudflare account to my private address.
The initial password did not work after the first login. When I try to login, I get this error message:

Email address/password do not match. (Code: 1022)

I tried to change the password, but I don’t get the “Change your password” mail.
It is not in spam folder, I checked that.

To be able to write this community entry I created a separate account with my university account (Office 365).

Can somebody help me get back into my account? I already registered a domain and set up two tunnels, I can’t manage them now.
