I cant get into my account - had to create a new account to communicate my issues (which is quite concerning).
Reading through the forum topics, it appears some users are placed in a suppression list.
Kindly check if thats my issue, or please help rectify and restore my access to my account.

It’s most likely you are mistaken about the email address you used to register.
