May I ask for which particular product you’d want to receive notifications?
Might be you’re using a product or a service which isn’t usage based billing, therefrom which is why you cannot setup such and receive as you’d want to.
May I ask if you’re successfully receiving other emails from Cloudflare?

Hi fritex, i’m interested in receiving the emails regarding possible API problems (
Increased error rates detected on API endpoints
Increased latency detected on API endpoints). The account for that domain is Pro, and the test email was received, but when API problems comes i’m not receiving any email by CF.
