Not receiving my email

Your MX record is pointing to a proxied hostname. The Cloudflare proxy does not handle email connections without Spectrum and an Enterprise agreement. You will need to ensure that the DNS entry for mail is an A record and is :grey: DNS Only.

Thanks for your email. All my other working DNS are exactly same as my current one. So, I don’t see any point of making changes. Anyways, I have made changes as per your instruction and still experiencing same issue.

Whonaee you, @nafizur365? Are you working with @shafiz? If so, you haven’t fixed the proxied hostname that is currently targeted by the MX record. It is still proxied :orange: and will continue to have mail delivery issues until is is set to :grey: DNS Only.

I’m having issues with [email protected]. The [email protected] works fine.

It shouldn’t. An underscore is not a valid character in a hostname. If it is not causing problems now, it likely will at some point.

What issues are you having?

There is nothing obvious in your DNS that would affect inbound email.
