Not receiving lost password emails. Had to create a new email account to post this

Hello,

I’m trying to recover my account I have created with my main email address. I go to lost password and never receive an email.

I have access to the email address. It’s a gmail address. I tried emailing [email protected] from that email account but it didn’t work.

The support email came back with this:

I received this error email back:

I tried to create an account with my main email address that I typed into the form you sent, but it said there was already an account setup with that email.

You’ll need to use https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email, enter your domain and follow the steps from there.

My domain was through google domains. I’ve tried all of them, nothing is coming up.

We do not see attempts for the forgot password/email, please try that again and let know if the issue perists.

The account I’m having issues with is not the same as my community account.

I just did another password reset with the email in question.

I can send it to you in a private message if that would help.

going to this site: https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help I get the email I posted earlier saying that it isn’t a valid email account.

When I try to recover the lost password I never get one.

If I try to create a new account with the same email, it says one already exists.

Not sure how I can actually dm you so whatever. It’s . please delete this after you are receive it. The only thing I’m thinking is that maybe i used an alias? like. If I did, I definitely can’t remember what it was, I’ve tried different combinations like that too.

I am not seeing any Cloudflare accounts associated with those emails. There is an account associated with your community email.

Is there a specific domain you are trying to recover? We recommend moving that to a new account if you cannot find the old email address.

This will work as long as the domains do not belong to the Cloudflare Registrar.
