Can’t access Cloudflate account and not receiving Password Reset Email

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I tried to login the cloudflare account but I was unable to because it kept showing
password is incorrect, while I am sure that I was using the correct password. I tried to reset
the password but I didn’t receive the reset password email from cloudflare. Now the website is
offline because we can’t access cloudflare to update the records.
