Not receiving emails with active orange DNS clouds

Hi,

Our emails get dropped in our client’s Spam or Junk folders. It says our server is blacklisted. So we tried to secure it by enabling the DNS clouds on our emails, but then we can only send emails, but not receive any back. It happens when I enable the A record of Mail.

Can anybody help me to see what i am missing?

E-Mail isn’t proxied by CloudFlare. Those records need to remain :grey:

If you emails are flagged as spam, contact your hoster and ensure you’ve set a PTR, according SPF Records and so on. This has nothing to to with CloudFlare.
