Not Receiving Emails on Business Email

Hi Community,

I’m managing a website and I’m using cloudflare on the backend. I’ve created a business email on my hosting but as my website is also connected to cloudflare, I’m unable to receive emails through that particular email.

How can I resolve this issue that I start receiving emails through that email and also I don’t want to disconnect cloudflare?

Your MX records point to Zoho mail, so that is where you should be looking for your domain email.
