I am not receiving emails from TikTok

Attempted to contact support, they said emails are sending, but I am not receiving through routing.

Each entry there should be able to be expanded, to see extended error information.
If there is nothing in the “Activity Log”, then it means that the message never made its way to Cloudflare Email Routing.
In other words, the postman has never been knocking on the door, to attempt to deliver it to Cloudflare.
As such, you will need to troubleshoot it together with the sender (e.g. TikTok).
