hello, i’m have email routing setup for my domain. it’s working for the most part but we are just not receiving email verificaitons from shipstations.
i think there might be something blocked on our email account.

Could you please provide the information as below to check in the activity log:

Sender email address:
Receipt email address:
Time and date sent the email:

Alternatively, you can navigate to the Dashboard > Select the specific domain > Email > Email Routing > Overview > Activiy Log.
