I have not received the verification mail and clicking the resend option results in nothing being sent.

Just managed to complete the verification an hour ago. Thank you for checking in! You can mark this as resolved.

The issue was caused by the fact that the alias on our end was not properly configured, when cloudflare sent the mail, it bounced and thus we ended up on a suspension list.

Eventually a support staff member removed us from the suspension list and I could try agian!
