Tried to send multiple times, with different browser. Email does not show in exchange msg tracker so clearly cloudflare is not sending the email.

Can you please confirm whether the email address where you’re not receiving the verification emails is the same one used for both your Community and Cloudflare accounts, or are you using a different email?
(Please do not share your email address publicly here.)

Also, are you receiving other Cloudflare-related emails at that address?

To avoid issues, make sure you’ve allowed emails from:
[email protected] and [email protected].

Hi, I confirm that I am using the same account/email for the cloudflare cpanel login and support community. The first time I came to support, it sent an email for validation which I did receive to confirm my community access but when I want to confirm my account from the cpanel so I can after invite other admins, I get nothing and also nothing in the msg tracking which also shows emails that are blocked so no need to add it in in allowed list.

For the question are you receiving other related emails in this account, I cannot say since I added myself in this mailbox yesterday, it is a distribution list address. My research says that you guys need to unblock something on your end.

Can you try now? I can see the bounced emails and took steps to correct that. Sorry for the issues.
