Recently I bought a new phone and like the genius I am, I did not transfer my 2fa to my new phone. I am trying to access my account, and I was going through the process of account recovery, but I get to the point where the on-screen text says, “Verify your email address, a six-digit code has been sent to your email address. Please input it below.” But I never receive that email. I have made sure that, I am able to receive and send emails from multiple email clients. As well, I had to make this new account to be able to post my issue here.
I am wondering who I need to get into contact with to recover that account. I am able to use the account’s email address for verification. Thank you in advanced.
May I ask if it is the same e-mail you are using here on community?

And no the email in which I am contacting this community thread is not the same email as the account I am referring to. I was not able to sign into the community forum with my other account due to the same 2fa.
