What is the issue you’re encountering

When I try to login via the WARP client, I don’t receive an email with my one-time PIN. So, I can’t login.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checking spam folder. Trying other email addresses. The only email that this works for is the super user on my account.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Install WARP client. Login with Cloudflare Zero Trust. Provide team name. Enter email address in web form. Click Send me a code.

The email address does not match the device enrollment policy.
