Not receiving email and our RDS deployment no longer works

With our DNS records set to Proxy, we don’t receive email. Also cannot connect to our Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. If the DNS records as set to DNS, then all works as it did before.

By default, protocols/ports such as RDS aren’t supported by Cloudflare’s proxy. Have a look at Network ports · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs. With that said, you could use something such as Spectrum or Tunnel to proxy that traffic though.
