Not receiving DMARC reports

Hi guys!

I have setup the DMARC reporting in Cloudflare Dashboard and added the appropriate DMARC record which includes an email like

mailto:a8ebbcd33b3f4cb591f********[email protected]

Yet still, I am not receiving any DMARC reports for a few days now.

Any ideas?


You don’t receive the actual emails with this set up. Instead, they are summarized in your Cloudflare dashboard.

Also, you only get reports if you send email to a site that generates reports. Google and Yahoo are big ones that do. Almost no smaller sites do.

Thanks, I understand this.

But I am not getting the reports in the dashboard, I am however getting the email reports sent to my personal email which is also provided in the DMARC record. Just no data shown in the dashboard.

What’s your full DMARC record? It might be syntactically incorrect.

Sure, the record was provided by the cloudflare portal when setting up DMARC management so I doublt that’s the case.

v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:a8ebbcd33b3f4cb591f*[email protected],mailto:[email protected]; ruf=mailto:[email protected]; sp=quarantine; fo=1

There was a bug where the dashboard was creating bad records in an edge case, but no, yours looks fine to me.

My domains with this set up are working, including in the past day, so I’m at a bit of a loss.

Hmm ok strange.

This is a free feature right? I’m guessing so or it would not have let me set it up.
