Not receiving Cloudflare email verification.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked spam filters but don’t see the email in there.

I am sorry to hear this happen. It could happen that your e-mail address is on the suppression list.

May I also ask if you’re successfully receiving other emails from Cloudflare to those particular e-mail addresses?

May I ask if the email address onto which you’re not receiving verification emails is the same for your Community account and Cloudflare account, or you’re using a different one? :thinking: (please don’t share it here publicly)

In the meantine, just to be sure please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] and [email protected] to prevent any issue. I advise not to share it here in a reply, just to confirm. Thank you.

I received an email in response to a ticket I opened but that was it, marketing emails are ticket but don’t have any of those.

Yes, tested internal and external emails.

Yes, the email for the my community and Cloudflare account are the same.

Can you try now? I can see the bounced emails and took steps to correct that. Sorry for the issues.
