Not receiving certain mails [Blacklist?]

Hi guys,

I wondered why I’m not receiving any more mails since the last three months from my WP contact form. I’m using Thrive. I can send and receive emails but I’m not getting informed for new comments and I don’t get any personal messages from clients that sent a message through my contact form.

Thrive support sent a message but I’m not techy enough to understand it. Maybe you can help!?

" I have logged in to your site, inspected your site configuration, your contact form’s configuration, and run some tests on both your site and my own test site. Your configuration seems completely correct to me, and creating an identical configuration on my test site works just fine. This means that the issue is likely related to your hosting provider. It is possible that while your site is able to send emails, those emails are never received.

One thing I decided to check for was if your website is on any email blacklists. The domain, [modern-music…org], is not. However, I wanted to see if your web server’s IP address was on a blacklist. Since you set up a Cloudflare reverse-proxy, I could not see what your real IP address is, but I did check Security Trails’ historic DNS records for [modern-music…org], and found that just 3 months ago, [modern-music…org] was using the Unified Layer web server at IP address

When I checked email blacklists for, I found that it is on two blacklists: [dnsbl-2.uceprotect…net] and [dnsbl-3.uceprotect…net].


It may also be noteworthy that both of those blacklists are German, in the same country as where you would be receiving your emails from your website.

If you are still using the IP address, then this may explain why emails from your website are not being received. Even if you are not using that IP address anymore, your web hosting provider is probably still related to this issue in one way or another, so it would be best to contact them for help in this matter.
