I’m not getting my authentication token when trying to sign in. Can’t create a support ticket. Just caught in a stupid loop. Checked spam folder. Nothing there.
How do I resolve this?

Try manually sending them mail to open a ticket from that email address. That reply shouldn’t get lost.
