May I ask how did you enabled and activated Cloudflare for your domain?
May I ask you to post and share your domain name in bracketed dot [.] notation here with us so we could double-check, troubleshoot and provide some feedback information?
Are you using Cloudflare E-mail Forwarding feature, or did you used your own mail server since before?
Thank you! It was solved by Shopify. The found they had a block on the email in more than one place
