Not receiving any email to verify my account

Im getting notifications to my email when I login to cloudflare from a new ip. But my site is getting attacked with someone trying to hack into accounts and so I am tying to setup 2fa but I am unable to turn it on because it wont send me an email so i can verify it.

Ive tried every section and no matter where i click to resend the verification email it doesnt work. I cant change the email because it wont send me an email to verify it.

The same email here is the email for my cloudflare it wont send from there but is receiving from here.

Sorry for the issues you were facing, it looks like your email ended up on an internal suppression list. I have cleared that and you should be good to go.

Can you give it a try again and let us know?
