Not receiving after enabling Email Routing

What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

No error shown as not a single email received after enabling Email Routing.

What is the error message?

None

What is the issue you’re encountering

I’ve set all the records into the cloudflare dns → mx section as said on email routing guidance, but after that not a single email I’ve received. Can anyone tell me why it is like that?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Temporary disabled the Email Routing until identifying the proper solution for why not it’s receiving and sending any email.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

Mail records

If you already have a mail service for your domain, you don’t need to enable mail routing.

You seem to have a set of MX records, an SPF record, some DKIM record and not-proxied mail-related DNS records so you need to check with your mail provider if those are all correct as Cloudflare isn’t involved in your email other than for DNS.
