Not receiving account verification emails

I am unable to receive the account verification email from CloudFlare (needed to transfer my domains from GoDaddy). Has anyone seen this before, and if so, what was your resolution?

Hi @tech31, you may need to contact support with account questions. We have seen instances of this in the past, variety of causes, misconfigured email, aggressive spam filter, etc. I’ve not seen an instance where the email has not been sent, but Support will be able to see those and tell you. I see your account & zones and both account and zones show as active. To contact Cloudflare Customer Support, login & go to and select get more help. Sorry for the trouble.
