Hi everyone,
I’m currently having trouble receiving the Cloudflare account verification email at my domain address
Here’s what I’ve already done:
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are properly configured.
The domain is using Cloudflare DNS.
The mail server is fully operational and able to send and receive emails from Gmail, Hotmail, and other domains.
I’ve also set up email filters (Thunderbird and server-side) to make sure nothing is going to spam or being blocked.
I checked the server IP and it is not listed on any blacklists like SpamCop.
MX records and mail routing are correctly pointing to our current hosting server.
Despite all this, the verification email from Cloudflare never arrives — not even in spam.
Can someone from the community or Cloudflare team help check if there’s a block or delivery issue from your side? Or is there a way to trigger the verification email again manually?
